Incremental Shifts
To show the incremental shift, small elements are highlighted. Each element represents a specific moment of change that was made between 1960 and 2025, such as the addition of a wall, the repair of a roof, the construction of a well, or the creation of a shaded seating area. Along with everyday needs, cyclones and heavy rain also shaped these changes. This allows multiple time periods to exist within a single frame. As a result, the house is understood not as built all at once, but as something that is slowly shaped by everyday actions.

Spatial Drawing
In its current condition, the house has temporary tarpaulin sheets placed over the roof to stop leakage. These sheets are meant as a short-term solution, but they do not block heat well. During the day, heat gets trapped under the tarpaulin, making the inside of the house very hot. In addition, the house does not have enough indoor space for daily work and activities. Because of this, many everyday activities move outside the house. People spend more time in the veranda, along shaded edges, and in outdoor seating areas. This shows how temporary fixes and limited space directly change how spaces are used and how people live in them.
