Balotiya House
by Devesh Turakane
The household members faced the insufficient space to live, single mori created disputes and no proper light ventilation in the house. They wanted a mori on all floors which has been adopted in the design. Additionally, the
existing stairs took a lot of space, wherein now a spiral staircase takes minimum amount of space. On the floors above, sliding door helps in adjusting the space for living and sleeping. The gas stoves now have been
placed near the windows for the hot fumes to move out directly.
