Animal Species
In the Navelim region of Diwar Island, diverse animal and plant species form the ecosystem. Various food chains are also formed in the process.
These critical sections look closely upon the different relationships and dependencies of the flora and fauna.

Various animal species like ants and crabs construct burrows beneath the mangroves, likewise eagles take shelter under these mangroves forming a network of interconnected habitat. These inhabitations provoke formation of diverse food chains



Tall, dried grass around this region host honey bees, butterflies, ants and various other species forming dependencies and food chains.
Insects like butterflies, ants and honey bees suck the nectar found from different flowers found in the region. These species come together to form a diverse ecosystem.


The pathway is bordered by green patch on one side and settlement on the other. The settlement shelter the cats and the green patch become home for the swallows and other insects.
